2024 Silmaril Awards Voting

Welcome to week two of the Silmaril awards!

The nominations are in and the top five heroines have been called from realms far and wide to journey to Middle-earth for the chance at the great honor of winning a silmaril.

It’s finally time to make the agonizing decision of which one you deem the most worthy to receive this year’s Most Epic Heroine silmaril!

And just who are these legendary heroines seeking your vote for the 2024 Silmaril?

Most Epic Heroine nominees for 2023

And the nominees for Most Epic Heroine in 2024 are…

Eilonwy (Chronicles of Prydain)

Eilonwy can be fiery as a princess, but her heart is in the right place. Rescued by Taran when they were both held prisoner, she later accompanied him on other quests. When he was eventually crowned High King she nobly laid down her powers of enchantment in order to become queen at his side.

Heather Longtreader (Green Ember)

One of the most patient, kind, and brave rabbits you will ever meet. Heather is a great defender of the Cause. Through thick and thin, she has remained true to her friends, and is one of the most loyal heroines you will ever meet.

Nia (Wingfeather Saga)

Queen of Anniera through her marriage to Esben Wingfeather, Nia is the mother of three children, Janner, Kalmar, and Leeli. Tragically, she lost her husband and was forced to flee her kingdom to protect her family. But she has born her burdens and sorrows with grace and proven herself time and time again as a fierce defender of her family.

Glory (Outlaws of Time)

Jumping through time with her best friend Sam Miracle has not been easy for Glory, but if it means stopping the Vulture, she’ll do anything, time and again…and again…and again!

Antigone (Ashtown Burials)

The sister of Cyrus and Daniel Smith, Antigone was sworn into The Order of Brendan after receiving the Dragon’s Tooth and a magical set of keys. Cyrus calls her “Tigs” and sometimes even her “Tigger,” but when things get dicey, he knows he can count on her to pull them through.
